The Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project has three locations covering
the eastern central, and western regions. Our Headquarters are
located in the Eastern Office in Philadelphia.
In 2024, the Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project (PILP) and Lewisburg Prison Project (LPP) will move on from a formal partnership. PILP thanks LPP for many years of meaningful and close collaboration, and remains committed to advancing the constitutional and civil rights of people incarcerated and detained in Pennsylvania. PILP will continue to deepen and expand the provision of high-quality civil legal representation, assistance, and advocacy.
