Sierra Shamer

Sierra Shamer is a paralegal with the Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project and Lewisburg Prison Project. She corresponds with hundreds of people incarcerated throughout Pennsylvania every year regarding their civil and constitutional rights, providing information and resources. Ms. Shamer is a former investigative journalist and community organizer on environmental justice issues. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and has a Masters of Science in Geography and Environmental Systems.
